Do you travel outside Pittsburgh?

Little Harts is based in Western Pennsylvania and primarily serves the greater Pittsburgh region. We're happy to travel farther, including out of state, depending on availability, logistics and your event. Travel and delivery fees may apply based on location, distance, equipment and event details, and we'll confirm them with you in advance.

How do I reserve my date?

Accepted Answer

A 50% nonrefundable booking payment reserves your date, and the remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before your event begins.

Is there a security deposit?

Some experiences require a separate refundable security deposit. The amount varies by experience and is shared during booking, then returned after the equipment is inspected, less any charges outlined in your rental agreement.

Can I reschedule my event?

Bookings are nonrefundable, but we understand life happens. You may reschedule within three months of your original date, subject to availability and the terms of your rental agreement.

Are there additional setup or installation fees?

Most standard setups are included as outlined with your experience. Additional fees may apply when installation requires stairs, elevators, extended carrying distances, difficult terrain, restricted loading access, or additional labor. We'll ask about access during the planning process and confirm any applicable fees with you in advance.

Can you set up outdoors?

Yes. Outdoor setups need a level, dry, safe surface. Because weather can change quickly, we recommend having an indoor backup space in mind. If weather prevents a safe outdoor setup and no indoor space is available, rescheduling follows your rental agreement.

What ages is Classic soft play designed for?

Our Classic soft play experiences are designed for children ages 5 and under. Other Little Harts experiences serve different ages, and each experience page notes its own guidance.

Question 8

What are the soft play guidelines?

Accepted Answer

Socks on, shoes off, and little ones supervised by an adult at all times. Please keep food, drinks, gum, rough play and messy materials such as paint, glitter, slime, temporary tattoos and face paint off the soft play equipment.

What's the difference between soft play and a bounce house?

Accepted Answer

Soft play is a ground-level play environment built from elements such as climbers, tunnels, blocks and ball pits. A bounce house is an inflatable jumping attraction. Our Classic soft play is designed for ages 5 and under.
